Christmas and New Year for more understanding and tolerance message for the Muslim World

Happy New Year /

Just some clarification for those of you who are opposed to such celebrations :

It's not about Christmas as nobody in the world knows when the Christ was born.
It's not Christmas in the true sense of the word. And nobody here in the West really cares about the birth of the Christ.. People celebrate in their houses rather than in the churches..

It's rather a celebration and time to take time off, come together and have some fun.

For me it's rather humanity and seeing the World through their eyes for a moment and seeing the universe from another angle.
You won't believe it, but they do (at least some of them) care when it comes to our religious celebrations such as Ramadan and Eid festivals.. The employer agrees to change shifts to accommodate our needs and some even wish us "Eid Mubarek' and respect us as we live among them!

That is to say we do not have to be the same.. And we do not have to share the same beliefs and thoughts but we can be open, tolerant and live together in peace and harmony and who cares what the others believe or not if there is respect.
We may all have different thoughts.... But one thing and only one thing can unite all of us and can make things work between us all.. It is humanity.

"Humans without humanity, a World of dread and fear for eternity "

This is my opinion and I respect yours.
