We paid the Agency a deposit back in mid December 2015. The Agency promised that we would get our tickets within a couple of weeks. They then asked us to pay the money into a bank account stating that the tickets were not ready yet and that BA would release the offer later as it was a special offer that no other agency could match!
We, of course refused to pay the full amount without receiving the tickets!
We waited month after month and they never honoured their promise to provide tickets.
We then requested our deposit and after a lengthy correspondence, they "agreed to issue a refund"
The refund has never been received into our bank account and the matter is being referred to our bank fraud department!
Be aware! We trusted this hight Street agency and ended up wasting so much time waiting, exchanging emails, phone calls and no deposit refund!
