ASDA customer service, shocking both in store and online!


Not only the staff often scan wrong code for discounted items charging full price instead of discounted price on yellow sticker, and can be deliberate to make profit,  they also have poor customer service. I went a few times to customers services at old kent Rd store in London to report being overcharged and although their refund policy states they must issue a 2 pound good will gesture card, the staff lie pretending they did not hear of it and embarrassing customers in front of everyone,.
Complained to asda customers services online several times.  They said they would contact branch and it will not happen again, but it still happens!
